Complaints Procedure

We aim to provide our clients with excellent levels of services. However, we recognise that there may be times when you feel we fall short of that intention and you may wish to raise a complaint.

The first port of call should be our office in line with internal procedures.

1 - Acknowledge receipt.

2- Investigate your complaint.

3 - Report to you with the outcome as soon as possible, maximum of 28 days and we will notify you any reasons for exceeding this period. We hope to be able to resolve all complains internally and peacefully with you.
